As a qualified Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, I work with a variety of therapeutic approaches. I have experience supporting adults who are facing different kinds of challenges.

  • Somatic and Mindfulness-based Therapy: focusing on your body's responses and sensations when you experience different emotions. 

  • Transpersonal Therapy: focusing on the spiritual aspects of human experience to access deeper layers of yourself beyond the conscious mind.
